Renzam is built for real people looking for real connection. These guidelines keep the community calm, respectful, and safe. Breaking them can lead to account removal.
Be respectful
Treat every member the way you would want to be treated. Kindness, curiosity, and honesty are the baseline here.
No harassment
Unwanted messages, sexual advances, stalking, and pressure of any kind are not allowed. "No" is a complete answer.
No scams
Never ask for money, gifts, crypto, or financial information. Do not promote investment schemes, sugar arrangements, or off-platform payments. Scam reports are escalated immediately.
No fake profiles
Use your real name, real photos, and your real age. Impersonation, catfishing, or hiding your identity gets your account removed.
No underage users
You must be 18+. Reporting a suspected minor is one of the most important things you can do — we investigate every report and involve authorities when required.
No hate speech
No content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or any protected characteristic.
No sexual exploitation
Sexual content involving minors is illegal and results in immediate removal and referral to law enforcement. Non-consensual imagery, revenge porn, and trafficking are strictly prohibited.
No threats or violence
No threats, glorification of violence, or promotion of self-harm. If you or someone you know is in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Reporting
Every profile and message has a report button. Choose a reason, add context if you can, and our safety team reviews within 24 hours for serious cases.
Enforcement
- Warning — first-time low-severity issues
- Feature limits — temporary restrictions on sending or matching
- Suspension — temporary account lock while we investigate
- Permanent ban — serious violations, or repeated behavior
- Legal referral — for illegal activity, especially involving minors
Appeals
If you believe a decision was wrong, email appeals@renzam.app with your account email and any context. We aim to reply within 7 days.
