Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Renzam is not for minors under any circumstance. If we learn a user is underage, we will terminate the account immediately.

Renzam is a dating and social connection platform. We provide tools to discover, connect, and communicate with other members. We do not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of other users beyond our verification system.

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting on Renzam you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and moderate that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for what you share.

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
• Scams, fraud, catfishing, or requests for money
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or misrepresenting your age
• Sexual content involving minors — reported immediately to authorities
• Nudity, sexual content, or explicit material in profiles
• Selling anything, commercial promotion, or spam
• Scraping, automation, or reverse-engineering the app
• Sharing another person's private information without consent

Renzam provides safety tools including verification, blocking, reporting, trusted contacts, and check-ins. These tools help but do not eliminate risk. Meet in public, tell a trusted contact where you are, and trust your instincts. Renzam is not liable for interactions that occur off the platform.

Renzam offers optional paid tiers (Renzam+ and Renzam Elite). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel from your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds follow the store's policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the community guidelines, or applicable law. Serious violations (safety, minors, fraud) result in permanent bans without notice.

Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration where permitted by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions. If arbitration is not permitted in your jurisdiction, disputes will be handled by the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will notify you in the app and give you a chance to review. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
